Due to new business wins and considerable growth, our client are looking for an ambitious, well-spoken and motivated experienced Sales Valuer / Lister. This is an exciting and varied role working as part of our successful team in an expanding and forward looking business. The job will involve working in a busy, fast paced office environment. Due to the growth and success of the office, this role offers definite progression and the possibility of opening your own office.

**Role**:
Generating and carrying out market appraisals
Listing and marketing properties for sale and to let
Generating and carrying out viewings
Negotiating offers and progressing transactions through to completion
Undertaking all work to meet our core values of integrity and quality service

**Requirements**:
Pro-active and hard-working estate agents with a proven track record
Ambitious, self-motivated and entrepreneurial
A passion for property and for delivering the highest standards of service within the industry
Good knowledge of the area
Attention to detail and written accuracy
A flexible approach and positive attitude reflecting our core values of honesty and integrity
High levels of personal presentation, eloquence and confident communication skills
Ability to set and manage client and colleague expectations.
A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
Drivers license
