Our client based in Halstead are seeking a Mechinical Fitter.

Working Hours: 7.30 until 16.30 Mon to Thurs - 07.30 until 13.30 Friday. Overtime available.

OVERVIEW OF ROLE
Working within a team of 3/4, the Mechanical Fitter will work as a team by carrying out the full build of a trailer, including installation of all parts required.

THE ROLE
- Fitting of mechanical hydraulics and pneumatics, electrics, brake systems and installation of moving vehicle decks into our new build car transporters.

SKILLS REQUIRED

 Good spanner skills and knowledge of spanner sizes
 Basic electrical knowledge
 Knowledge of pneumatics
 Knowledge of hydraulics
 Previous experience with overhead crane usage would be an advantage.
 A keen eye for quality
 Ability to work well as part of a team.
