**Product Specialist**

**Role**
- Assist with office and factory administration including daily maintenance, managing of utilities and services, stock keeping.
- Carry out assembly, repair, maintenance, and operations on the UDO products
- Acquire a deep understanding of the UDO product portfolio
- Provide technical support to operations and marketing such as specifying and procuring materials, products and assuring delivery of technical services on behalf of the company
- Setup product testing facilities and carry out product testing and evaluation
- Be able to handle all technical enquiries and product support tickets with assistance from the Operations Manager and Marketing & Communications Director
- Be able to demonstrate the UDO product portfolio at events, in interviews and as part of marketing promotional
- Assist in the production of marketing communications such as video and audio demonstrations
- Assuring useful output from product testers, sound designers and collaborators on behalf of the company
- Liaise with Marketing and assist with support enquiries

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required and the ability to carry out administrative tasks reliably and accurately is essential. Customer support experience will be highly desired.

Once active in the role, training will be given and technical expertise in the use, maintenance, repair, and construction of the UDO portfolio of products must be developed to a high standard.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
