We’re seeking an understanding and compassionate Care / Support Worker to join our team in Launceston on a permanent basis, working days. We are open to full-time and part-time hours for this role.

**The Role**
As a Care / Support Worker, you’ll provide an exceptional care service to our residential clients with learning disabilities.
Joining our friendly team, you’ll support our clients to increase their independence and stay busy and engaged. You’ll typically be working on a one-to-one basis, assisting with a broad range of fun activities within the home such as baking and crafts as wellas personal care and medication needs.
Supporting them to access their local community, you will accompany them when they go shopping, with trips to the cinema and walks in the village.
**About You**
To be considered as a Care / Support Worker, **no previous experience is required**. Instead, we are looking for someone compassionate, kind and friendly who can build close relationships with our service users.
Please note, if you have experience caring for an individual, the pay rate will reflect this.
