The hourly rate of a pay is £11.44 inclusive of overtime and weekend working. Overtime and weekend pay rates increase once permanent.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive, inspect, and unload glass products from suppliers, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
- Organise and store glass products in the warehouse ensuring proper labelling and safe storage practices.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including picking, packing, and palletising glass products.
- Perform regular inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels and identify any discrepancies.
- Safely operate in the vicinity of forklifts, pump trucks, and other warehouse equipment to move and transport glass products.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of orders.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, following established standards.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with glass products and handling techniques is advantageous, but not essential.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
- Strong organisational skills to manage inventory and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems and basic computer skills.
- A valid forklift operator's license is desirable, but training can be provided if necessary.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently with mínimal supervision.
- Commitment to following health and safety guidelines and maintaining a safe working environment.
