Shift Pattern is

FULL TIME - 2 Full Days, 2 Half Days, Weekend on Weekend off.

PART TIME- 1 Full Day, Weekend on Weekend off.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support and assistance to individuals with various needs in their daily activities
- Assist with behaviour management and implement strategies to promote positive behaviors
- Administer first aid and medication as required, ensuring proper documentation
- Provide home care services, including personal hygiene assistance and meal preparation
- Assist with heavy lifting and transferring of individuals as needed
- Provide patient care and support in a compassionate and respectful manner
- Offer support to seniors in assisted living facilities, including dementia care

**Skills**:

- Strong behavior management skills to effectively handle challenging situations
- Knowledge of first aid procedures and ability to administer basic medical care
- Experience in medication administration and proper documentation practices
- Ability to provide home care services, including personal hygiene assistance and meal preparation
- Physical strength and ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely
- Compassion and empathy for individuals in need of care
- Knowledge of senior care practices, including assisted living and dementia care

**Salary**: £12.20-£12.50 per hour
