**Your Role and Responsibilities**

In the role of Cyber Security Compliance Specialist at Kyndryl you will:

- Verify compliance against the corporate security standards for new and existing offerings and tools
- Validate against existing security controls and perform a detailed assessment
- Ensure proper risk management is followed and remediation performed where any risks are identified
- Work with team to enhance the assessment questionnaire, improve cycle time and make suggested improvements to the tooling
- Be responsible for monthly program reporting and metrics

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of work experience in IT/Cybersecurity/Security Compliance related field
- Excellent technical and/or analytical skills; verbal and written communication skills; and documenting and reporting skills
- Knowledge of IT compliance laws, procedures, and other relevant regulatory standards and best practices
- In-depth knowledge of information security concepts
- Flexibility and adaptability to the demands and requirements of a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Able to work on multiple focus points simultaneously and interact with different team members
- Work well in a team environment and use a collaborative approach to working with others
- Strong time-management skills
