We have a positions for bench joiners and cabinet makers at our specialist restaurant furnishing company. We offer an excellent salary and company performance bonus with flexible working hours if required with great conditions. We regularly have team days out, Pizza Fridays, Team Takeaways etc.

As a small upbeat company of creative product designers and makers which create and manufacture exceedingly good restaurants to an inspiring level, our work is original and never boring as we always sparking the next original idea to create a wow factor in every restaurant we are undertake.

We have designed and made furniture and restaurant fixtures and fittings for thousands of the UK’s most fabulous venues such as Kew Gardens, Kensington Palace and hundreds more. Specifically, we specialise in high quality garden centre and farm shop restaurants for clients who understand the importance of style and creative features, as this is an important inspirational factor for their customers as they spearhead their way through this massive market sector development and growth.

We are looking for exceptional experienced people to work with us to make our unique products. Can you take an automatous approach to your work and can you constantly manage your own workload. You will also need a company focus in helping us to achieve our production goals and your work must be of a high standard and previous experience will help you work at a commercially acceptable pace.

A basic salary of £35 - £45k per year.

Generous (paid quarterly) company performance bonus.

Flexible working hours if required to manage your lifestyle.

4-day week, paid pro-rata if preferred.

We are also developing a profit share scheme to be introduced in 2023 so that our team can take a direct part in our success.
