**About You**

To join us in the first phase of recruitment you will have experience in an activities role preferably within a care home setting caring for older people or transferable skills.

You will have excellent communication skills and have a desire to work in a participatory manner with residents, relatives and colleagues to enable residents to achieve desired outcomes and goals.

You will have the ability to work positively as a member of the staff team and the flexibility to work alone when required.

You will have the right to work within the UK.
