**Role Overview**:
South Cumbria Construction Ltd is a well-established family company, with roots back to the 1850’s who are experienced in delivering high quality work on a variety of construction works.

Due to long-term work and company growth, we are looking for an experienced and skilled general builder / roofer with a range of skills such as stonework, blockwork and flagging.

It is **essential** that this individual has experience in roofing; slating, tiling and guttering.

This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, between 8:00am - 4:30pm.

**A full clean driving licence is essential and a valid CSCS card is preferred**.

The role includes domestic and commercial work for both existing and new customers across south Cumbria. Our typical works are refurbishments and maintenance, and we frequently work for The National Trust on many of their properties in our region.

Pay is £14.00 - £16.00 per hour and is dependent on experience and qualifications.

22 days holiday per year plus bank holidays (we close over the Christmas period).

Company pension and accident/life cover (after qualifying period).

Company van (for work use only).

PPE allowance.
