**e-Commerce Administrator (Part Time)**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and efficient administrator to join our growing e-commerce department. This is a varied role in a small team, sharing the responsibilities of our e-commerce function. The position is twenty hours per week, in our Dunfermline office. We can be flexible on the working pattern.
**Key duties**
- Process customer orders from our website administration panel.
- Place supplier orders for customers and to replenish stock.
- Prepare and package customer orders for shipping.
**Knowledge, skills and abilities**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Accurate data input and numeracy skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to tasks.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £10,000.00-£12,500.00 per year
