About the role
The digital adoption product owner is responsible for the definition and delivery key digital adoption initiatives that support the wider VMo2 business to achieve its goal to become a digital first business.
The purpose of the role is to deliver leading digital adoption performance, ensuring that our customers are engaged in digital channels and receive an excellent experience without having to speak to a customer services agent.
The Adoption team sits within Customer Services in our Mobile division and is focussed on educating and enabling customers to embrace digital channels.
The team consists of Product Owners supported by a senior business analyst and works collaboratively with key digital teams (In Life Traffic & Digital Product especially) and the wider Customer Services team to drive projects and initiatives that drive customers to & adopt new or optimised digital services via web and app channels and reduce voice calls.

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
- Passionate about understanding & improving digital self-service & customer experience
- Great presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Evidence of strong analytical skills to measure impact & identify trends across channels
- Experience working as a digital PO in an Agile environment
- Highly motivated professional that is comfortable working tactically across multiple projects & initiatives

- Product owner accreditation
- Experience of having worked in a Customer Services/Operations team/environment
- Able to produce high quality supporting artefacts to persuade multiple stakeholders to support the team strategy
- Outstanding team working and collaboration skills
- Confident to commit to stretching targets & find levers to deliver
