Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various physical tasks to assist with maintenance, and general labor duties. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and are looking for a hands-on role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general labor duties such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Assist with construction projects by setting up and dismantling scaffolding, as well as operating hand and power tools
- Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris and hazardous materials
- Load and unload materials from trucks or other vehicles
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions
- Familiarity with construction tools and equipment is a plus
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
