**Role: CDM/ H&S Advisor**

Carriera is excited to be working with a leading property and construction consultancy who are based across the UK. They are currently recruiting for an experienced CDM/ H&S Advisor to join the team advising on 2015 CDM regulations and offering a health & safety service to clients across the East Midlands and surrounding regions based from their well-established offices in Nottinghamshire.

**Responsibilities**:

- Offer a variety of health & safety services to a diverse client base.
- Carry out site audits, investigations and inspections.
- Manage and reduce risk during the pre construction phase of projects.
- Manage the H&S file, review construction phase plans, maintain pre-construction information.
- Attend design team and client meetings.
- Provide a CDM Advisor and Advisor to the Principal Designer service to clients.
- Develop new and existing client relationships.

**Requirements**:

- NEBOSH Construction or equivalent.
- Professional membership to IOSH or APS (desirable).
- Excellent knowledge and hands on experience of 2015 CDM Regulations.
- Have worked in the property & construction sector for the last 2 years in a H&S capacity.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
