**What you will be doing**:
You will be part of a cross classed, multi-skilled national team, working with our sales distribution panel and partners, to work to our New Business and/or Existing Business targets individually and as part of the team. You will work to attract and/or retain and develop profitable business from brokers serviced by your Region by improving your underwriting and trading skills and delivering a high-quality service to your Regions brokers by:

- Delivering New Business and/or Existing Business financial plan (including rate carry and retention)
- Deliver quality broker service following Broker Segmentation service levels
- Develop working relationships to support in delivery of goals and understand their Broker Panel
- Use and update of Tools and Systems
- Be a referral point for lower level PUAs
- Contribute to wider business activities

**What we are looking for**:

- We are looking for someone who can underwrite and manage new and/or existing business enquiries whilst maintaining excellent broker relationships.
- You will have previous underwriting experience within Motor Trade and Motor Fleet, and/or Property & Casualty.
- We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who delivers a high-quality service to our brokers and build external relationships along with our main partners
