Delivery Driver

Littlewood Fencing Ltd is an ambitious fencing contracting company, operating from its Head Office in Battle, East Sussex and with regional offices in Pontypool, South Wales and Birmingham.
The Company supplies and installs fencing, vehicle restraint barriers and environmental barriers in the highway, rail, construction and utilities sectors. We work with large main contractors and directly with clients on construction projects across the UK. Contract values range from £10,000 to in excess of £3,000,000.

**Job Summary**

The Delivery Driver / Yard operative plays a crucial role in our ability to achieve and maintain successful relationships with internal & external customers.

**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Deliver products to trade & retail customers using company vehicle (flat bed van).
- Check quantity and quality of products prior to delivery to ensure an accurate delivery.
- Help organise and maintain yard, ensuring it is kept neat and tidy.
- Maintain a high level of H&S within the working environment.
- Assist in the completion of weekly/monthly Stock Control for Yard
- Help prepare future orders for delivery/collection.

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous driving experience is preferred but not essential
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a team player
- A forklift licence would be beneficial but not essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour
