**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Marketing**:
- Identify and target potential customers or clients.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
**Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
**Market Research**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential niches.
- Provide feedback to the team regarding customer preferences and needs.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a competitive spirit.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- 8 hour shift
**Supplemental pay types**:
