We are a group of companies working in the legal, accident management and healthcare sectors currently looking for a Finance Apprentice to join us.

As a Finance Apprentice you will be working for Premex Group

**Role Overview**:
Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week with a salary of £13,000 per annum. You will be office based in Horwich, BL6 6SX.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Processing receipts (Cheques & BACS) received into the company on Sage 1000 daily.
- Recording all receipts received in onto a financial spreadsheet daily.
- Ensuring sufficient financial documentation has been received in to identify and confirm the accuracy of payments allocated.
- Investigating all unallocated receipts (Cheques & BACS) and liaising with external customers and internal departments to ensure all monies are correctly allocated and reconciled.
- Completing the bank reconciliation when necessary (adhering to Cashier Team rotas & schedules).
- Dealing with payment queries, including refund requests, from external customers and internal departments in a timely manner providing a high standard of customer service.
