Our client are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join their team in Rutland. As a vital member of the organisation, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our commitment to efficient payroll management.
- Run weekly payroll processes with precision and accuracy.
- Calculate and process employee salaries, wages, bonuses, and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, employment laws, and company policies.
- Manage and maintain payroll records and documentation.
- Address employee payroll-related inquiries and provide outstanding customer service.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless information flow.
- Generate payroll reports and analyse data for accuracy and discrepancies.
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator, with a minimum of [X] years in a similar role.
