General Builder

We are looking for 2 people, somebody that has experience in the general building trades. Also a labourer.

We cover all work from inside refurbishment to exterior groundwork’s and paving. We are looking for ideally someone that has experience in concrete cutting, operating a mini digger with breaker and can lay concrete to a good standard. Guidance and some training will be given. A van will be provided with all tools, but must be looked after.

Some jobs may involve travelling out of the local area.

We would ideally like to fill the position with someone that has experience in the building and groundwork’s trade. Must have a positive and enthusiastic approach to the job at hand. Must have a driving licence. A van is available for work use only but must be well kept as mentioned.

We are looking for immediate start. Position will be self employed so you must have a utr number.

Pay is negotiable depending on experience and performance.

Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Building & Hardscape Construction Occupations: 2 years (preferred)
