Working closely with the Head of Estate & Asset Management, you will be responsible for managing their occupier and subtenant portfolio.

This opportunity involves a mix of property management, strategic asset management, landlord and tenant, investment/acquisitions, sale and leaseback, licence to alter, refurbishments and construction.

Key Estates Surveyor requirements:

- Real Estate related degree.
- Member of RICS or part-way through APC.
- Commercial/corporate surveying experience in Property Management/Occupier Management/Landlord & Tenant/Valuation.
- Ability to work with property data systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to make important decisions.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Surveyor with a strong interest in the health and fitness industry to join a forward thinking company that offers the tools to develop your surveying career to its full potential.

Salary up to £48,000 per annum, plus car allowance/company car, bonus, free gym membership for you and your family.

Office based in Hertfordshire 3 days a week.

You must have the ability to travel across the UK and Europe.
