**About the job**

You will be responsible for the day-to-day practice of the Occupational Therapists within your team, supporting the team manager to ensure practice is of the highest standard and aligns to our Quality Assurance Framework, performance is in line with our Performance Framework and professional supervision is provided on a regular basis. You will work alongside Advanced Practitioner Social Work colleagues to provide support, guidance and learning opportunities to staff across the team and wider Directorate. There will be opportunity to develop and shape occupational therapy across the Directorate working closely with the Principal Occupational Therapist.

We ask that you hold or are willing to undertake a Train the Trainer qualification in Moving and Handling and have post qualifying experience/certificates in other relevant areas of practice
