**Wholesale Fashion Head of Operations & Customer Service**

One to One personnel are proud to be working with our Global Brand Client who are looking to hire a Customer Service Manager with experience gained ideally within the fashion industry to work out of their London offices near to Oxford Circus, there will be an element of travel with this role to attend meetings at their other business units.

**The Role**

To manage the operations and customer service teams

**Responsibilities**
- Developing and implementing the overall operations strategy to ensure efficient and effective processes across the supply chain, production and logistics.
- Ensuing the operations team create style numbers, upload the orders into the ERP system, manage supplier purchase order enquiry, uploads purchase orders, work on sales orders and sales order confirmations.
- Finalising of purchase orders
- Creating and managing margin sheets
- Collaborating with suppliers, manufacturers and logistics partners
- Conducting regular inventory audits, implementing tracking systems and analysing demand patterns to optimise inventory management
- Overseeing order processing, order fulfilment and shopping operations to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to customers
- Implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient resolution of customer issues and effective management of product returns
- Analysing operational data, customer feedback and performance metrics to identify areas of improvement
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards and industry best practices in operations and customer service
- Providing leadership, coaching and training
- You will have the confidence to identify problems and make improvement suggestions, seeking practical ways to overcome barriers whilst remaining calm under pressure
- Ability to think creatively and proactively with a can do attitude
- Highly competent IT skills including all Microsoft packages

**The Package**

**Job type**: Permanent, Full Time

**Salary**: £70,000 - £80,000 (Dependent on experience and qualifications)

**Hours**: Monday to Friday (40 hour week)
