**Title**:Installations Administrator
**Reporting to**:Fleet** **General Manager
**Location**:Barnsley Office, S74 9SE
**Hours of work**:Monday -Friday 9:00 - 17.00 (1/2hr unpaid lunch)
**Principal Objectives**:
- Undertake general administrative and clerical duties
- Provide an efficient and professional first point of contact for telephone calls and queries
- Enter data onto inhouse computer systems, raise works order, create job files and invoice completed works.
- Liaise with engineering staff
- Provide support to managers and other employees by assisting in daily office requirements including holiday/sick cover
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Updating customer databases promptly and accurately
- Log and, where applicable, deal with customer queries and complaints
**Skills & Abilities Required (Essential but not limited to)**:
- 2 years + experience working in an office environment
- Ability to plan and organise workload & re-prioritise as required
- Good communication skills & good telephone manner
- Successful working as part of a team as well as independently
- Proactive approach to role
- Proven ability to multi-task
- Understanding of Microsoft packages i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word.
- Computer skills is a prerequisite for the roll

**Additional**
- Full driving licence (preferably clean)
