Hotel Receptionist
**Duties**:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel
- Check guests in and out, ensuring all necessary information is obtained and recorded accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Assist with room reservations and ensure all bookings are accurate
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience working in a hotel or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holiday cover
- Must be reliable
