**This top 60 International firm is looking for a Construction Associate, 3+ years PQE, who already has a proven track record, to join an industry-leading team in Oxford.**

This Top 60 International Law Firm is considered an industry heavyweight when it comes to employment law and other specialisms catering to creative industries. As such, they **have a very attractive roster of big-name clients and offer some excellent secondment opportunities.**

This business has experienced natural growth in recent years, with the opening of two new offices and reaching a headcount of 300 staff. **They are a creative, entrepreneurial, ambitious, and forward-thinking practice with an electric feel throughout the firm.**

You will see this firm firmly placed in the legal rankings across almost all practice areas, with an **impressive body of preeminent lawyers** who continue to take their respective practices to new heights.

**The role**

This high-quality Construction practice is looking to welcome an Associate who will deal mainly with non-contentious construction work, as well as supporting real estate colleagues with development matters and construction aspects of real estate transactions.

Therefore, you will be competent in the drafting and negotiation of construction contracts including NEC4, JCT as well as international forms such as FIDIC and bespoke EPC contracts and familiar disputes including with regard to termination of contracts, insolvency, payment disputes, extension of time disputes and defects claims.

You may have developed certain sector specialisms and expertise which can be nurtured and developed with the backing of this diverse practice, providing a fertile career platform.
