Established for 20 years, this directly authorised IFA are well positioned for further expansion and welcome applicants that really want to make a success as an adviser, through outstanding customer service, hard work and professionalism.
- A varied and busy role with great leads and referrals coming in for you to develop
- Prospecting and networking with professional introducers to develop new clients also a requirement
- A strong team culture with great earnings potential, no cap on the bonus
- Full paraplanning and administrative support provided
**About You**
- Qualified with Level 4 Diploma
- Outstanding customer relationship skills
- Comfortable dealing with people
- Professional and strong desire to develop a long term career as an Adviser
- Previous experience as an adviser
**Salary & Benefits**
- There is a competitive basic salary depending on experience.
- Bonus scheme.
- Additional employee benefits include company pension scheme.
- 28 days including Bank Holidays and an additional 3 day shut down at Christmas.
- Early finish on a Friday.
**Salary**: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
