Nevisport E-commerce Executive Role

Born in the Scottish mountains with a passion for all things outdoors, Nevisport have an exciting opportunity for an experienced E-Commerce Executive to join their busy head office web team.

Reporting to the E-Commerce Manager, we are looking for someone who is experienced in digital and product management to join the team. The role will be instrumental in driving forward the online product offering for Nevisport and levelling up the customer experience. We’re looking for someone who has experience working in e-commerce and is looking to take the next step up.

About the Role:

- Organising product information by liaising with brands and co-ordinating upload batches for processing, prioritising work flow and sharing responsibilities with the E-Commerce Assistant
- Optimising product descriptions using SEO best practices and ensuring images correctly show product features
- Liaising with buying and merchandising team on new product deliveries, promotions and bi-annual sale
- Monitoring product intake and ensuring offering is online in a timely manner and easily accessible across all channels
- Populating product categories for onsite customer journey and merchandising pages to ensure best customer experience
- Working closely with E-Commerce Manager on site content and supporting marketing promotions
- Reporting on all product centric KPIs to stakeholders and highlighting relevant opportunities to the team
- Supporting the customer service team with daily tasks and resolving product issues highlighted or improving customer experience
- Daily website audits to ensure that site is optimised and performing to its full potential
- Any other ad hoc tasks required by the E-Commerce Manager

About you:

- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Able to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines
- As comfortable working individually as well as part of a small team
- Strong commercial awareness
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Excel
- 2+ years experience with online e-commerce platforms (Magento 2)
- 2+ years experience with Google Analytics
- Knowledge of Photoshop or similar preferred but not essential
- A passion for the outdoors would also be a benefit
