**HRIS Systems Specialist - 3 Month Contract - Outside IR35 - £500-£600/day - Remote**

I’m currently supporting a key client looking for a HRIS Systems Specialist to join their team.

**Please Note; SAP SuccessFactors certified in RCM and RMK is a must for this role.**

This role is remote, with the office based in Manchester.

**HRIS Systems Specialist Responsibilities and Experience**:

- Engage with key stakeholders to deliver HRIS product & services to align with business needs
- Manage own workload of implementations and configuration changes with respect to different modules in SAP SuccessFactors such as Recruiting and Employee Central.
- Implementation experience in Recruitment Marketing and Recruiting Administration modules. Experience of enabling/configuring the quick apply, Job requisition templates, Interview Central, Print and Go packs, Career site builder and multiple job boards etc.
- Experience in Integration of Recruitment with another third-party tool such as MS Teams.
- Hands-on experience in creating SOW and mapping the business requirements into functional/technical specification documents. Ability to conduct the workshop for stakeholders on the change requests and project implementations.
- Hands-on experience in configuring, creating, and updating the business rules based on complex requirements on above said modules.
- MUST be an SAP SuccessFactors certified consultant in RCM and RMK.
- Experience in custom MDF objects creation and maintenance.
- Support the deployment of system upgrades and mandatory system changes.
- Consultant should be from certified implementation partner in order to be eligible for Provisioning access.
