As a HR Officer, you will be responsible for dealing with recruitment and retention of new staff within the trust, offering generalist HR support and advice across various HR functions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Providing support to managers and staff for all HR matters
- Working with SLT to improve performance across the organisation
- Assisting SLT in managing employee relations; facilitating with investigations as appropriate
- Administrative support and management of staff absence
- Providing training and guidance to staff in relation to change management and employee relations
- Managing starters/leavers
- Leading induction process for new staff
- Providing administrative support relating to recruitment
- Monitoring and reviewing HR policies in line with current legislation
**Key attributes**
- Level 5 CIPD
- 2 years of more HR experience (following completion of Level 5 CIPD)
- Excellent Administration skills
- GCSE Maths and English
