Digital services are supporting clinicians providing patient care to deliver clinical services in a diverse and ever-changing way. We are looking for an experienced person to join our team to assist in the continued delivery of digital solutions supporting the DrDoctor programme within the trust. This is a key role requiring interaction with stakeholders from multiple and diverse disciplines to provide expertise and guidance around the configuration and use of the products.

This is a fixed term post for 12 months - for any internal applicant, secondment is dependent on current line management agreement
- To deliver ongoing operational management and support for Clinical Systems (within your area of responsibility) and in doing so contribute to the setting and delivery of related corporate performance targets.
- To work with the Clinical Systems Managers and Head of Clinical Systems, to ensure the overall effective use of resources and continuous improvements in service delivery.
- In conjunction with colleagues from within Digital Services and the wider Trust, identify, interpret and analyse clinical systems requirements and ensure these are addressed whenever possible, ensuring when necessary that change requests/products enhancements are logged with suppliers as appropriate.
- Provide support in the planning and delivery for new projects & programmes that fall within the scope of the Clinical System’s in your area of responsibility and to be a source of knowledge and expertise within your area of responsibility.
- To be flexible and adaptable in order to respond to the needs to the organisation.
