What are we looking for?

Cleveland Clinic London are looking to recruit a Supply Chain Coordinator, with a competitive salary range on offer. With deep experience in inventory control functions with responsibility for par levels, stocking location management, dataset management, vendor relations, inventory analysis, and usage trends.

This is a full time role with the following shift patterns: 7:30am - 3:30pm

The Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for delivering on all supply chain operational service for a number of clinical areas at Cleveland Clinic London.

The primary purpose of this role is to deliver an effective and efficient in-hospital supply chain service that ensures clinicians have the right supplies at the right time, every time.

What will your duties include?
- Provide a professional, customer focused Materials Management service to all user departments
- Supports the implementation and operational management of the RFID inventory solution across all relevant departments
- Manages all phases of ordering, receiving, distribution, and warehousing of all essential departmental equipment and supplies
- Maintains the proper and appropriate professional and ethical relationships with all vendor representatives, conducts business according to established principles and guidelines
- Support rationalization and standardization of medical and surgical products
- Performs administrative functions related to the department inventory control and distribution
- Produces monthly statistical reports, completes a physical inventory and performs cycle counts as required

What we need from you?
- Deep experience in inventory control functions with responsibility for par levels, stocking location management, dataset management, vendor relations, inventory analysis, and usage trends essential
- Preferred experience in healthcare supply chain function
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with ERP and materials management systems will be advantageous
