Thermoforming Operative

Job Title: Thermoform Operative

**Duties**:

- Rotating shifts (day /night)
- Operating & Maintaining Thermoform machinery processes to safely deliver the highest quality products at the best efficiency and lowest scrap possible through the use of effective manufacturing methods.
- Work with production personnel to ensure thermoformed products meet requirements and make adjustments as needed.
- Managing raw material to ensure traceability and reproducibility.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
- Assist with materials handling and inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals

**Experience**:

- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Previous experience working within the plastics industry is desirable but not essential as training will be given
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and materials handling
- Understanding of tooling and use of various hand tools and power tools
- Ability to troubleshoot basic issues with logic controllers

**Salary**: £8.62-£13.75 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
