**Vacancy: Live IN Handyman Job (Russian Speaking)**

The family and other staff speak Russian as their native language therefore they would prefer to hire a Russian speaking handyman, however it is not essential.

We are searching for a hardworking, well-mannered and reliable person who has experience / qualifications in general maintenance, plumbing, electrics, gardening, etc.

The Position Type: Live In, Full Time, Long Term

**Salary**: approx. 41000 - 43000 GBP Gross / Year

Working Day: 5 - 6 days / week

Working Hours: 8 hours / day

Location: East Sussex, UK

Language: Russian

Starting date: January 2023

**Duties of a Russian speaking handyman**:

- Overseeing household maintenance, general condition and operations works
- Overseeing maintenance and timely servicing of systems and equipment of the Property
- Help with Sourcing and appointing contractors as well as monitoring their work in case of technical issues as to maintenance of the Properties or refurbishment works
- Working in collaboration with household staff
- Caring and arranging caring for pets (a cat and a small dog)
- Ensuring the household is fully stocked at all times and shopping for all required household items, running household errands
- Arranging maintenance and servicing of estate car
- Gardening
- Running errands

**Requirements for a live in handyman**:

- At least 3 years of work experience as a Handyman
- Excellent references
- Driving licence
- UK working permit

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £41,000.00-£43,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
