**We are** now looking to recruit a **Commis Chef **to join our Kitchen Team at our stunning restaurant and hotel in Alderley Edge, near Wilmslow, Macclesfield, Stockport, Knutsford and south Manchester

**About the role**:
As a **Commis Chef** you’ll be required to prepare ingredients, organise deliveries, ensure that stock rotation is completed and help assist senior kitchen members. Learning and development is a huge aspect in this role as a **Commis Chef**,so there’s a lot to take in but we’ll support you all the way.

This is your time to learn from the greats and start climbing up the culinary ladder. With 50 stunning bedrooms and our superb Grill on the Hill restaurant offering a relaxed dining experience for up to 70 guests, the Alderley Edge Hotel is an iconic Cheshire institution. Our brigade of talented chefs work with the best fresh produce in ourwell equipped kitchen under the leadership of talented head chef, Dan. With great facilities and an open pass, it’s a great place to work. You will have the opportunity to constantly develop and progress your career. We also offer a Lounge Bar menu and banquetingand events for up to 120 guests. Front of house, we offer a superb range of quality cocktails, excellent wines and premium spirits.
