**The Role**

We are looking for a talented Senior Product Owner to work within our Product teams, to understand, collaborate and deliver a clear product vision and roadmap that helps achieve customer outcomes.

You will provide customers the most delightful digital experience through our onboarding and servicing journey. You will have the freedom and encouragement to experiment, improve, invent, and innovate on behalf of our customers. Alongside your teams, you will build software in the full stack, use highly scalable, cutting-edge technologies whilst collaborating with multiple teams in the business.

You will have a strong technical background in Retirement and Pension products in the Financial Services industry, with experience in designing and delivering high quality, mobile and front-end solutions with enjoyable workflows.

Strong judgment and communication skills, experience design, and continuous focus on product and operational excellence are essential for the success in this role.
- Extensive experience working with Pensions on Investment platforms or Back-Offices
- Understanding of the Financial advice and strategies in the Retirement/Pensions sector
- Understanding of the regulations around pensions in the UK
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner, taking strong ownership of delivery
- Strong knowledge of wealth management products and services
- Experience in User Experience Design and User Interface Design, to help with product and user story mapping, and to use this knowledge to guide the team in getting the end-product right
- Deep experience within continuous delivery and integration environments with a proven record of conducting market research, analysis and user discovery to develop ideas and opportunities to build truly world-class products.

**Your Squad: The Future of Retirement**

The Future of Retirement squad aims to create a best-in-class experience for Advisers and investors who are planning for, approaching or in a retirement or drawdown strategy.

By producing regular user and market research, this team will have intimate knowledge of investors’ and advisers’ needs to help generate high quality retirement advice and its execution.

You will explore all the existing capabilities in the market, understand the opportunities and problems for all stake holders to produce a set of solutions and products that define what Retirement Planning should look like in 2030, whether that’s the brilliant basics of transparent portfolio reporting, creating an engaging suite of tools to help illustrate the possibilities of the future, and/or use the newly available data to create excellent and engaging insights to empower great investor outcomes through planning, transitioning and current strategies in retirement

This team wants to take the present state of retirement planning (which has low engagement from the total population) to be easily available and accessible to all ends of the investor market.
