Retail Administrator

Pilgrims Hospices is looking for a **Retail Administrator** to join the team in our Tivoli Brooks Retail Office, helping to support our retail stores, retail volunteers, and Furniture line operators with their day-to-day administration.
**The Role**
As the Retail Administrator you will assist the retail operations and ensure that they are a successful source of income generation whilst maintaining a good rapport with the wider retail team. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Support the achievement of the overall budget for retail
- Demonstrate a standard of excellence at all times with regard to customer service, volunteer and supporter care
- Liaising with the warehouse team and drivers.
- Helping out members of the retail office on projects when required.
- Updating Maintenance Spreadsheet as required
- Assist with the administration of the recruitment of Volunteers, maintaining records within the Donorflex database
- Working with the Head of Retail on ad hoc tasks

**Working Arrangements**
This is a part-time role (**21 hrs per week**) and is based at Pilgrims Hospices' Tivoli Brooks Retail Office. Working days will be 3 days between Monday and Sunday, allocated via a monthly rota, although you should be flexible
**About You**
To be successful in this role you should have:
- Experience working in a target-driven retail environment.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- IT literate and experienced in use of on-line marketplaces
- A good standard of numeracy and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, personable and able to relate to volunteers
- A flexible and positive attitude
