Graduating Paramedic (NQP), Agenda for Change Band 5**

East Midlands Ambulance NHS Trust (EMAS) are pleased to be advertising for Newly Qualified Paramedics across all our Divisions in the Trust. This advert is open to graduates from any University who have completed a HCPC approved Paramedic programme.
**NQP at EMAS**
EMAS has an established NQP programme and a dynamic and diverse group of NQPs within the Trust. EMAS follow the national guidance in relation to NQP development and as a NQP you will follow a 24 month pathway on commencing employment. During the NQP period you will benefit from designated preceptorship, clinical reviews and developmental opportunities. You will be required to complete a portfolio of development against the national 'consolidation of learning outcomes'.
