JB Corrie are a specialist Quality Assured fencing supplies and installations company based in Petersfield, Hampshire. They provide fencing supplies and services to commercial premises, schools, themes parks and zoos to name a few. Their heritage spans back for more than one hundred years as the company are in ownership of the fourth generation Corrie family.

**Accounts Assistant**, the role:

- Maintaining the Purchase Order System and providing support to users
- Managing the Purchase Ledger on Sage 200
- Producing weekly payment runs
- Calculating and processing expense claims
- Processing pension deductions in compliance with auto-enrolment legislation
- Completing subcontractors with HMRC
- Administering subcontractor invoices and payments on Sage
- Reconciling credit card statements and petty cash
- Conducting various month end processes and reconciliations

**Accounts Assistant**, the person:

- AAT qualified or equivalent
- Previous working knowledge of Sage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work with all levels within the organisation
- Excellent timekeeping skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated

This is a full time, permanent role. The working hours are Monday to Thursday 9.00 to 5.30 and Friday 9.00 to 5.00 - 37h in total.
