**In The Style is a leading pure-play online women's fashion retailer. We're all about championing female empowerment, body confidence and real beauty.**

**Through our collaborator model and in-house garment design, we create unique collections for all occasions and we're looking for an Outreach Executive to join our team.**

**This role is based in Manchester with a requirement to be in the office regularly.**

**A bit about the role**

In the Social & Outreach team, you will oversee all of the activity, content, drivers and growth for ITS socials and the main site.

**Your most important tasks**
- Delivering the brand storytelling across social platforms through influencer outreach, with a priority on Instagram and Tik Tok.
- Maintaining relationships with the current talent database for content and traffic to the site; as well as discovering new talent for growth and diversity.
- Keeping up with the brand trading calendar to ensure key lines and collections are pushed and have relevant support.
- Increase brand awareness.

**What you are responsible for delivering**
- Communicating the launch plans of the business, both across influencer collections and our own brand(s).
- Working closely with the social team to make sure objectives are covered.
- Receiving a variety of different content suited for the aims of each platform.
- Creating briefs to direct talent for brand requirements.
- Ensure that we work within the budget and see a return on sales or engagement from talent content.

**A bit about you**
- Reporting on success to senior management, and able to navigate through any challenges.
- Making sure the team is on top of any trends and content to stay ahead of content and competitors and reach targets.
- Be able to distinguish the different areas within outreach and what we aim to receive from each. E.g gifted vs paid, content vs drivers
- Are able to brief and review assets received from talent and identify whether they hit brand requirements.
- Find new faces each week to build the database and keep it current.
- Time management.

**How your impact will be measured**
- Supporting the sell-through of products by working closely with the merchandising teams to make sure products are promoted in the right way and keep USPs highlighted.
- Reach is key. Making sure we receive a good amount of support from talent on launch and promotional days.
- Tracking talent performance through tracked links and codes etc.
- Driving positive follower growth for ITS and bringing new customers to the site.
