Teaching Personnel are working closely with an excellent secondary school based in Caerphilly to recruit a math’s teacher to start in November. The vacancy will be a full-time fixed maternity cover position with the chance of a permanent contract at theend.

We are looking for an enthusiastic qualified Math teacher who is passionate about their work. The successful teacher will be confident in controlling classroom management and behavior while delivering a high quality of education. The successful Math teacherwill strive by pushing and supporting every student to do their very best.

The schools are a large mixed comprehensive school, with 1000 students. The schools ethos is “to aspire and to achieve’. The schools encourage all members of our school community to aspire to excellence” and the school ensures that all members of staff sharethe same values.
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Hold a PGCE.
- Energetic and driven.
- Capable of dealing with students from a variety of backgrounds and abilities.
- Be engaging when teaching.
- Plan lessons effectively to cover the curriculum and excite the mind of students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
