Teaching: £29ph PAYE / £33ph UMBRELLA

Eden Brown Education are working with a leading Further Education College based in Buckinghamshire to recruit English Lecturer for 16+ aged students on temporary contract for 21 hours teaching - 4 days at Wycombe and 1 day plus evening Aylesbury Campus. Additional 6 hours for admin can be allocated.

**Responsibilities**:

- Have the ability to plan and prepare innovative schemes of work, lesson plans and assessment schedules which motivate students to achieve.
- Plan and deliver highly effective learning programmes for diverse groups or individuals in a safe and inclusive environment, whilst also ensuring students are stretched and challenged to reach their full potential.
- Address the English and Mathematics needs of students and work creatively to overcome individual barriers to learning, both within and outside of the classroom

What we're looking for:

- Degree in related discipline + a post-graduate teaching degree
- Knowledge of teaching styles recommended.
- Excellent interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Strong multitasking skills.
- A DBS on update service is required for this role
