Bright Learning is looking to recruit Flexible Freelance SIA Security & First Aid Trainer/Assessor to deliver high quality Door Supervisor, CCTV, First Aid and Health & Safety training to learners in line with the company’s training programmes. The ability to guide and educate our clients while facilitating a pleasurable learning environment.

You must hold the relevant training qualifications, be able to demonstrate sector competence (a minimum of 3 years front line operational experience in the last 10 years relevant to the qualification you are delivering) and satisfy any additional unit specific requirements for the relevant qualification. You must have full understanding of different awarding body’s requirements.

You must have following qualifications:

- Level 3 PTLLS or AET (Trainer Qualification of Higher)
- Must hold a license with an SIA approved PI program provider, with evidence of annual refresher training.
- Level 3 First Aid at Work qualification or above
- Level 3 qualification in the Delivery of Conflict Management training
- Level 3 Physical Intervention
- Level 3 Assessors’ qualification (Desirable)
- 3 years’ experience in security industry working as a Door Supervisor
- 5-year employment history
- Experience in delivering Security, Door Supervisor, CCTV Operator & First Aid Qualification
- Continuous Professional Development

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assess and support learners working towards accredited qualifications in Door Supervision, CCTV Operations and First Aid
- Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
- Ability to work according to awarding Body’s standards.
- Ability to self-manage.
- Able to work individually or in a team.
- Display a commitment to develop their own skills and knowledge.
- Evaluate students.
- Help to develop new learning materials.
- Identify students that may have learning difficulties whilst encouraging them in a sensitive manner.

**Salary**: £100.00-£150.00 per day

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- working as a Door Supervisor: 3 years (required)
- teaching in Security Industry: 2 years (preferred)
