The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Training Content Producer based in Chertsey. This is a permanent position with Blue Square, supporting and working closely with our client Samsung, offering a salary of £40,000 per annum with a great bonus.

The Role

As the MX Training Content producer, you will be responsible for the overall production of digital video content to support our client in achieving the best-in-class training experience across the industry.

Being an expert in video production and live broadcasting, you will support a team of videographers and Graphics designers across multiple projects and workstreams to adhere to internal and external stakeholders' requirements.

Identifying the latest trends in video production and digital content, you must champion the creative and technical processes across capturing, editing, and storyboarding engaging video content for training purposes.

Adhering to the client’s brand, legal, and product guidelines, you will be responsible for working across multiple workstreams, projects, and stakeholders and enforcing operations excellence to ensure all requirements and deadlines are met promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supporting and creating the approval process for scripting and storyboarding digital video content across multiple teams, roles, and projects
- Working closely with the wider MX function to utilize the MX trainers to produce digital video content
- Working closely with the Content Project Manager to deliver end-to-end video projects for client requests. Working collaboratively with the videographers and graphic designers to edit, produce and develop training content
- Contributing to the creative input and influencing the overall project scope of digital training content to ensure we are delivering the best training experience
- Researching the latest trends in video production and utilizing both creative and artistic talent on projects whilst project managing multiple work streams ensuring all content is delivered on time and within budget whilst maximizing impact and engagement
- Technical ability with all postproduction software suites including Adobe and After Effects
- Ability to both produce as well as support team members through the creative and production process, following brand guidelines, and client tone of voice
- Effective operational management in the creative process, from creating filming schedules to executing team briefing sessions, as well as full comprehensive feedback and approval framework for content, to ensure we achieve client requirements
- Full understanding of technical troubleshooting to limit risk and provide contingency planning with the ability to create and measure commercial KPIs for the delivery of training content across multiple platforms
- Full understanding of e-learning portal requirements for both client and channel partner for video content
- Full autonomy in directing camera equipment to capture the best video experience including angles, lighting, framing (rule of thirds)
- Full proficiency in utilizing on-screen graphics, special effects, transitions, and feature assets within the video production
- Full accountability and ownership in maintaining production equipment and inventory
- Full understanding of the GTM process of channel ranging and customer propositions

Skill and Experience

Essential:

- Robust understanding of production equipment including lighting, mixers, microphones, and cameras.
- Extensive experience in audio management and acoustics. Select, position, adjust and operate sound equipment, such as booms, fishing rods, and microphones, used for amplification and recording.
- Adobe Creative Suite including Premier Pro and Illustrator
- Proficient in online broadcasting software and online streaming services
- Knowledge of media production and communication
- Proven track record of providing training material within IT and or telecom.
- Confident in presenting
- Strong understanding of training/ training experience
- Strong project management and time management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office - particularly PowerPoint
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Required to work from Samsung HQ in Chertsey (KT16 0PS) as well as Production Studio in the Chertsey/Woking areas several times a week, and on occasion travel to events throughout the UK.
