Pallet Maker

Person required for the manufacturing of pallets.

Pay starting at £9.90 per hour for **under 23.**

**Over 23s** pay will start at £11.44 per hour. This can increase with work rate and reliability.

**Location of the company.**

Associated Pallets Ltd, Totton, Southampton (Eling Wharf), SO40 4TE.

Pay: From £9.90 per hour

Expected hours: 42 per week

**Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled Pallet Maker to join our team. As a Pallet Maker, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling pallets in a warehouse setting. This role requires the use of power tools, hand tools, and mechanical knowledge.

**Duties**:

- Fabricate and assemble pallets according to specifications
- Operate power tools to cut and shape materials
- Use hand tools for detailed work on pallet components
- Perform heavy lifting as needed
- Fasten materials together to construct pallets

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency with power tools and hand tools - Training provided.
- Ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail for precise assembly work

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in pallet making or woodworking
- Familiarity with different types of pallet designs and materials
- Knowledge of safety protocols for working with power tools
