**About The Role**

Specsavers in Andover, Hampshire have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Dispensing Optician to join their team. You will be working closely with the Optometrists to ensure that each customer you dispense receives a consistent quality handover, as well as manage aftersales service, including problem solving in a customer service focused ‘can do’ manner.

There are 4 test rooms, a lab on-site and 4 clinics per day between Monday - Friday, with 3 on a Saturday.

We are passionate about the clinical development of our team, and as our new Dispensing Optician, we would support you with extra courses and specialisms that interest you. Whatever your ambitions, from MECs qualifications and accreditations. Even if you’re keen to do the Optometry conversion course - we’ll do everything we can to help you be the best clinician you can be.

You’ll need to be a qualified and GOC registered Dispensing Optician with the drive, passion and the willingness to build upon our customer-focused culture. As part of our team, you’ll need to be able to provide a unique blend of customer care and professional excellence. You’ll need to demonstrate good attention to detail along with a passion for the community. Teamwork also forms a big part of our culture, so the ability to work well with others is essential.
