Trainee Community Advisor - Fibre Optic Broadband

**Salary**: £23,000 - £25,000 - Bonus and company car

Are you a dynamic and personable individual with a passion for technology and excellent communication skills? We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Community Advisor to join my client's team, a leading Fibre Optic Broadband company, based around the Lincoln, Lincolnshire community.

**Role Overview**:
As a Trainee Community Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to introduce the company as a superior broadband service to potential customers in the Grimsby and surrounding area. This role is not focused on sales, but rather on engaging in informative and friendly discussions to introduce our exceptional products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with residents and businesses in Lincoln to introduce my client and explain the benefits of their cutting-edge fibre optic broadband solutions.
- Attend community events, local gatherings, and public meetings to create awareness about our services.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing my client with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Answer questions and address concerns from potential customers to provide clarity and build trust.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to relay valuable customer feedback and insights.

**Requirements**:

- Possess excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with potential customers.
- A valid driving license is essential for this role, as travel within the Lincoln area is required.
- A keen interest in technology, particularly fibre optic broadband services, is desirable.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- At least 6 month of customer experience
- Driving licence
- Clean DBS
