We are looking for an enthusiastic band 3 healthcare support worker (HCSW) to join our small clinic team in the Wolfson diabetes and Endocrine clinic.

Duties include prepping clinic rooms, processing patients prior to appointments and undertaking clinical measurements, ensuring these are documented on the computer system EPIC.

A diabetes foot service runs daily within the clinic. The HCA role within this clinic includes supporting patients with moving and handling, to include transfer from chair to couch and removal of footwear. You will also be involved in supporting the patient if they require admission to hospital.

On occasion you will be required to support with Outreach obesity clinics off site (Driving is not essential as alternative travel arrangements can be made).

Main duties of the job
