Trainee Estate Agent / Negotiator - Havant & Waterlooville

Job Purpose:
To deal with all aspects of all sales/lettings generation (when trained) and to provide a high level of salesmanship and customer service whilst growing the business and improving the team.

Principal Responsibilities (when trained):

- Registering new applicants
- Arranging and accompanying viewings
- Effectively communicating with clients and customers
- Negotiating
- Gross selling
- Selling financial services
- Gross selling
- Understanding targets and how to achieve them
- Driving licence required

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
