**Branch Support Consultant**:
**Fixed term contract until September 2024**
- Competitive salary and annual bonus of up to 17.5%
- 35-hour working week, Mon-Fri, no weekends or evenings
- Based at our head office in Stratford Upon Avon with up to 80% home working

**About the role**:
In this role as a Branch Support Consultant, you will be based at Head Office one day per week with the rest working from home. You will be responsible for the end-to-end ownership of identified local branch Network (Known internally as our agency network).

You will support Agency Development Managers, Regional Managers and Sales Development Managers with influencing and challenging decisions that will in turn help contribute to the development of our Regional Agency Network.

This role will require you to build relationships with key stakeholders and Agents across the business to help implement and deliver any key agency changes which could include Commission rate calculations, expansions, agency mergers and any transfers that fall in line with strategic plans in place.

Another key part if the role is to work closely with the MI team to analyse Network investment activities. You will then produce regular reports to drive and influence future investment activity in agencies.

**About you**:
To be successful within this role you’ll be commercially minded with proven industry awareness

You’ll have strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrable track record of influencing key stakeholders with the ability to work autonomously whilst being a strong team player who is adept at working in a collaborative environment.

Alongside strong analytical skills you will have had exposure to business planning activities.

**We are also looking for the following**:

- Good interpersonal and relationship skills
- The ability to build business cases
- Be numerate and have the ability to deal with financial calculations

**This role falls under Insurance Distribution Directive requirements, and as a result, role holders will be required to demonstrate ongoing Continuous Professional Development in role, along with undergoing regular re-screening to show that they are of “Good Repute”.
